The players who win in poker (for example, Daniel Nigreanu or Mike Matusow) use different gaming styles and strategies. One of the charms of poker is that a player can win, using any style or strategy. Nevertheless, it is an aggressive poker strategy that is strongly recommended for novice players, as it has a lot of advantages.
Description styles of poker
Very often the style of the player is described by using the following two parameters: the weakness and aggressiveness.
Players can be very weak or very hard, very assertive or too passive, but also combine certain qualities. Some are passive-weak, others – passive-hard. Most popular up today poker strategy is aggressive- weak. But, however, is better to start with the hard-assertive style.
If you discard all but the very strong starting hands – you are very aggressive player.
Aggression means how often you bet and rise during the last game. Take does not mean to be aggressive. With each adoption of another player’s bet you get a point for passivity. And when you bet or raise a bet, you get points for aggressiveness.
How to play aggressive and hard poker
Aggressive, tough poker strategy is when you are looking very closely starting combination and resetting all the bad, and went into the pot, begin to make such rates and raising them as if it is the last time playing poker in your life!
